This French course for grades 5-8 will be using the exciting AIM program developed by Wendy Maxwell. Students are expected to actively participate in a variety of individual, small group, and whole class activities including subject-related worksheets. Using AIM will create an environment where the students will: feel comfortable to express themselves in the target language from the first lesson; learn vocabulary through visual, auditory and kinesthetic tools; participate in all activities in the target language based on literature and drama; learn to think and write creatively, while practicing oral communication; and be part of a “learning community” that emphasizes cooperative learning.
This class has a capacity of 15 students and will be hosted in Surrey.
