Dear TLA Parents, for those in the Lower Mainland wishing to take part in TLAs first attempt at K-9 Days to parallel the grade 8-12 LOL (Live on Location) events, please note that we will be hosting an outdoor activity (weather permitting). Please consider attending the Barnston Island Bike Ride. Bring your bike and a bag lunch. Find out more »Surrey Art Gallery – Blended 6/7 Class
Students will explore and reflect on the gallery’s collection of art. They will also participate in a workshop called Drawing on Diversity in which students’ understanding of cultural diversity is enhanced through an illustrated discussion featuring works from the permanent collection, and a printmaking activity that focuses on how artists address concepts of identity in our intercultural society. This field trip is only open to Mrs. Voth's Blended 6/7 class.
