The Surrey Police will be giving two, one-hour presentations to the TLA student community on Thursday, December 21st, from 1-3 PM. Presentation 1: Kindergarten-Gr. 3 ‘My Community Police’ 1-2 PM Presentation 2: Grades 4-9 ‘The Surrey Police: Careers, Safety and Me’ 2-3 PM There is a limit of 25 people for each presentation. Skating at Elksentre, Prince George |
WEDNESDAY, January 10th 1:30-2:30pm at the Elksentre 4833 Heather Rd, Prince George, BC V2K 3G7 All students and parents are invited to participate (non-TLA students are welcome, too) - Parents must stay with their children at this event. We have booked the Elksentre for a fun skating time from 1:30-2:30! There will not be any skating instruction during this field trip. BC Parliament 101 Virtual Field Trip

Join TLA for an Online Virtual classroom session with the Education Department of the Legislative Assembly of BC Thursday, Feb. 8 at 1pm to 2pm. The online session is hosted by a Parliamentary Tour Guide and includes lots of fun stories and many interesting photos. The topic is: BC Parliament 101 - a basic introduction to the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia and the history of the Parliament Buildings.
