Join Mrs. Klyne for an introduction to working out abdominal and core muscles in a safe way, right from your home. No experience or materials are needed, other than a comfortable spot on the floor (carpet or mat) and maybe a water bottle.
30 minute timeslots will be for 4 students only to help increase safety and allow Ms. Klyne make corrections to ensure proper form to prevent injury. Multiple timeslots will be opened as the current offering is filled.
Additional classes with a different focus may become available later this term.
