Screenagers: Growing Up in the Digital Age
Last year TLA hosted a few well-received screenings of “Screenagers: Growing Up in the Digital Age” at face to face parent conferences around the province. The movie addresses challenges that families face with regard to screen time, and offers some helpful guidance and ideas for potential solutions. The sequel is now out, called “Screenagers, The Next Chapter: Uncovering Skills for Stress Resilience”, focusing on stress, anxiety, and depression related to screen time and other factors.
“High Stress, Anxiety and Depression are experienced by millions of young people. We follow physician and filmmaker, Delaney Ruston, as she discovers solutions for improved adolescent well-being in the digital age.”
TLA Online has arranged to provide free access to these films for a limited time, along with follow-up discussions after a live viewing of each. Please read on for details:
