Science World – Self-Guided Field Trip

This field trip will allow your family to explore Science World on our own as a “school group” with student and group rates. Once you have been admitted with the group, you are free to move through the facility on your own, and to stay for as long as you wish. Typically visits last two to three hours depending on your child’s interests and engagement.
When: Friday, February 20th 10:30 – 10:15 am arrive and gather outside the main entrance for a head count so that we are ready for our entry time of 10:30 am. Latecomers who do not enter with the group will have to pay full admission rates to Science World.
Sign-up deadline: Wednesday, February 18th by Noon.
Maximum participants – 60
- Additional participants will be put on a waitlist, as we may be able to increase our group size.
Grade level: All students in Grades K – 12 and their parents/guardians. Younger siblings may join the group, but children ages 3 and up will be required the pay the school rate (see below).

Cost:
- $15 for all school-age participants
- $15 per adult
- $15 for preschoolers aged 3 – 5
Adult Leaders, Attendants and Chaperones
- Parents/Guardians are expected to guide and remain with their children throughout their visit to Science World.
- Parents/Guardians are responsible for their children’s safety and behaviour throughout their time at Science World.
