Parkour Field Trip

Who: ALL STUDENTS ages 6-16 yrs; TLA & non-TLA Homeschooling students
Cost: $15.00 / student
**MAXIMUM ENROLMENT: 24 STUDENTS**
Athletes aim to get from one point to another, conquering obstacles without a lot of equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible. Parkour includes running, freerunning, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, plyometrics, rolling, and flipping.

*Please bring a water bottle & clean indoor shoes!
*Students should wear clothing that is suitable for a sport facility (i.e. comfortable), hair should be tied back, and jewelry will need to be removed.
