Taught in person by Pamela Smid.

Bring your favourite book or look through the ones suggested by the South Shuswap Library to share with a buddy!
This class is designed to offer students an opportunity to practice reading books with a buddy.                      Ideally, older students will be paired with younger readers; however, reading pairings will depend largely on student attendance. Teacher-led reading and support will also be offered.
The first hour of class is designated for reading books together as a group, in pairings and/or small groups.  The second hour can be spent continuing to read independently or as a small group, or it may be used to play a variety of reading-related games (i.e. Scrabble, crossword puzzles, word searches, mad gab, reading flash cards, etc).
We encourage ages kindergarten to Gr. 9 to attend!
ALL reading levels are welcome!
