Please note our annual summer shutdown will be from July 28 to August 5. During this period, our courses will be temporarily unavailable. If your child needs access to coursework during this time, please ensure they download any necessary materials before July 28.

Join Mr. Jackson as we explore some strategies of how to build resilience, recognize our thought patterns, set boundaries, and deal with the stresses of school. This is an online community class, and we will be using the Open Parachute for the lessons. Please come prepared to share your experiences, or just take the time to learn some new strategies to support your mental health.

Week 4: Boundary-Setting
Week 5: Upstanding vs Bystanding
