Facilitated by Mrs. Wendy Levasseur (wlevasseur@schoolathome.ca)
Come meet my gentle horse, Pal, and my sweet mini horse, Cookie. We’ll spend the afternoon learning about horses, caring for them, dressing them up, leading them, and possibly giving each child a chance for a short ride on Pal. (Depending on the weather – horses can be a bit more nervous in the wind and rain.) No matter the weather, they love to be brushed, petted and hugged. Cookie is too short for riding, but she loves having her hair done in bows and ribbons. Pal and Cookie love kids of all ages, and they are looking forward to the afternoon with you!
Bring: Water bottle, snack, & helmet in case we are able to ride (bike helmet is fine).
