Big Idea – Canada’s policies and treatment of minority people have left both positive and negative legacies.

Mr. Soon’s presentation explores how his family experiences and contributions have helped to shape Canadian history. Using actual documents from his family’s past, he will help students to understand how government decisions can affect its citizens.

Open to students in grades 4-9 only please.
