Facilitated in person by Daniel Perrett at the Holy Family Parish, this creativity league will offer students the chance to work together to solve a number of creativity challenges over the course of 6 weeks.
Students should expect a range of STEM and team-building challenges, including (but not limited to):
-Cardboard robot building
-Egg drop activities
-Marshmallow catapults
-Zip line racers
-Collective art creation
The goal is to provide a safe space where kids can be creative, work together towards a common goal, and develop their social skills. Each day will have a mix of teamwork and relaxed time to hang out.
This event is open to all students in grades 3-8. Because one of the goals is to build a sense of team, it would be ideal for students to attend at least 3 out of 4 sessions.
Parents are welcome to drop off or stay!
