Taught face to face at TLA Hawthorne by Rebecca Shulba
Each class will focus on a different group of Mo Willems’ characters. Class 1 – Elephant and Piggie, class 2 – the Pigeon, and class 3 – Knufflebunny & Cat the Cat. We will read lots of Mo Willems books and do a variety of activities to go with that week’s characters. In addition to learning about Mr. Willems and creating an author study booklet, activities include drawing tutorials, writing our own version of one of Mo Willems’ books, fun hands-on activities, making and eating ice cream, and many more!
