Worries, Anxiety & Resilience teaches skills for identifying anxious patterns, choosing helpful thoughts, supporting peers in distress, identifying self-soothing strategies. The Fives lessons in the unit are:
Lesson 1- Understanding & Soothing our Worries
Lesson 2- Physical Reactions to Stress
Lesson 3- Cycles of Reaction
Lesson 4- Things we Can & Can’t Control
Lesson 5- How faith can help our worries
We will review two lessons per week, with a parent session on the last class (March 10)
