Description:  Students will learn some of the fundamental principles of ancestral eating based on the tenets of the Weston A. Price Foundation Nourishing Traditions. The course will emphasize the diets of our ancient ancestors and the cooking techniques they used to maximize the nutritional value of their foods. Students will learn through lessons and demonstrations and will get the chance to do some light cooking.
