Blended program teachers:
One full-time K-3 teacher for Blended program in Vancouver. Two days on site.
One full-time 6-7 teacher at Blended program in Cloverdale. Two days on site.
One full-time 5-6 teacher at Blended program in Cloverdale. Two days on site.
One full-time K-1 teacher in our K-9 Blended program in Cloverdale. Two days on site.
One full-time grade 4-5 teacher in our K-9 Blended program in Cloverdale. Two days on site.
One K-3 one-day program teacher in Cloverdale. One day on site.
One part-time Math/Science grade 7-9 teacher. One day on site.
Blended program in Vernon, BC:
TLA Online is seeking one B.C. certified teacher to teach in a grade 8-9 Blended learning environment in Vernon, B.C..
The position may range from .6 to 1.0 depending on student interest.
The students are part of a Christian Reformed church co-operative, so applicants for this particular position must share their Christian Reformed faith, as religious instruction will a component of learning in addition to the B.C. curriculum.
Potential candidates must:
- Be a practicing member of the Christian Reformed faith community (for this position only)
- Be a BC certified Teacher
- Be local to the city of Vernon, or willing to commute to the learning site multiple times per week.
- Experience working or learning in an project based or online environment is an asset but not a requirement.
Duties include:
Working with students and parents online and face to face to ensure they meet the BC learning standards.
