DESCRIPTION:Science For A Changing World \nGrades 1-6 \nThis interactive online program led by Science World explores some of the ways the world is changing and how we can influence these changes to make our world a healthier\, more sustainable place for us and other living things.\n\n\nLearners explore a variety of local and global changes\, animal adaptations\, habitats\, and ecosystems and reflect on the diversity of life. Through exciting science demonstrations\, participants will better understand climate change and its impacts. \nStudents then adventure through Science World on a virtual field trip and investigate close-up some of the amazing living organisms currently on exhibition investigating their basic needs and adaptations to assess the impact environmental changes have on their survival. \nThe class will collectively investigate how they can help protect animals from climate change together and pledge to take individual and collective action. \nLink will be shared by Mrs Francis before the session. \n
