DESCRIPTION:WEDNESDAY\, January 18 from 10:30 am -12:30 pm \nGrade 2-12 TLA families are invited to participate (non-TLA students are welcome\, too) \n10:20am arrive and gather in front of museum\n10:30am-12:30pm\n\n\nROBERT DAVIDSON: A LINE THAT BENDS BUT DOES NOT BREAK \n\nThis exhibition celebrates one of Canada’s and the Haida nation’s national treasures\, Guud sans glans Robert Davidson. Since the 1960s\, he has been instrumental in the revival of Haida art and culture and is unquestionably one of that tradition’s most respected living artist. \nThis interactive tour will explore how Davidson’s deep knowledge of Haida design has allowed him to innovate from within that tradition\, often drawing out and abstracting elements of shape\, colour and line so that we can consider them closely and see them in new ways.
