6. How do I update my Hub (TLAoID) security questions?
If the Hub's forgot password feature is not working for you, it may be because you have not yet supplied answers to at least three security questions. To do so:

1. Log into using the Hub login info (TLAoID) that was e-mailed to you.

2. Click on Profile (upper-right corner) > Update Security Questions.

3. Answer at least 3 questions (you can answer all if you wish!).

4. Click Update Security Questions.
