Welcome to TLA's new Help Desk! There have been a few changes to how the Help Desk functions - please read the information below before posting a ticket.

  1. If you are able to log into The Hub, please use The Hub's integrated help desk (https://schoolathome.ca/hub/helpdesk).
  2. If you are unable to log into The Hub, please try HERE before you submit a ticket!
  3. Please note that our typical response time is usually 24 hours (72 hours if submitted on weekends). This means that you should receive an initial email from a Help Desk agent within 24 (72) hours of ticket submission.
